Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of LARSA, the runway slot booking tool of [Lelystad Airport], provided by [name of the operator] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. LARSA is advisory

• A booking gives no right to land, take off or use a landing area, and no priority over other traffic.
• Air traffic control instructions, the AIP and the airport's regulations always prevail.
• The expected busyness is an estimate. Actual traffic can differ.

2. Your account

• Give correct details and keep them up to date. One account per person.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for bookings made with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time, under Account → Delete account.

3. Bookings

• Only book flights you intend to make. Confirm a booking the day before with your aircraft registration, and cancel it as soon as your plans change, so the time is free for others.
• The airport can cancel bookings, for example for a closure, maintenance or safety. You are notified by email. No compensation is due.

4. Fair use

Do not make bookings automatically or in bulk, do not try to disrupt or work around LARSA, and do not use someone else's account. The airport can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Availability and liability

We aim to keep LARSA available, but cannot guarantee it is always reachable or error-free. LARSA is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage from using LARSA or from it being unavailable, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The new version appears here with its date; important changes are also sent by email. If you keep using LARSA after a change, the new terms apply.

7. Law and contact

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in [city]. Questions: [contact address].
